Assuming my essays are very good (my teachers and parents say I'm a strong writer), what are my chances? For a lot of the schools I mentioned, I feel like an average or below-average applicant.

Any feedback would be appreciated. If anything I wrote above is unclear, or you have any questions, please ask!

Also, I've already been accepted to Barrett, the Honors College at ASU. If you had to rank the above listed schools in terms of their academic rigor, where would you place Barrett on the list?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

I honestly know very VERY little about any of these schools. But assuming that they’re strong, good schools a step or so below the best schools? I’d say you have a good chance.

Wow. This is a confusing answer. Sorry.

You’re in.

Get the SAT up though

Hey don’t listen to the ■■■■■ saying these aren’t amazing schools. Smith is a given for you, and the other ones look like they should fall into place. Amherst is great

Thanks for the replies so far, Wizardly, danishpastry, and JalapenoPedro! Could you, or any other posters here, perhaps be more specific, though, about the schools at which I have a shot and to which ones I’m not as likely to be accepted?

Get the SAT up and you’re in everywhere, including Amherst. Make sure your essays shine! I can’t stress the importance of this factor in your case.

SAT up and you are a high match for all the schools.

me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1294761-chance-me-will-chance-back.html

Amherst, Midd, Emory with a 1330 will be tough. The others are match-reach other than PS which is a safety if you can afford it.
