<p>can anybody direct me to a site or a good cc thread regarding the UC gpa policy? ive searched threads but they're really confusing... questions on "a-g" subject thingy,...weighted grades, etc, thanks!</p>
<p>probably on the universityofcalifornia.edu site somewhere. a-g subjects are basically the required subjects you must have taken for admission. I think it's 4 years english, 3 math, 3 science, 2 foreign language, 1 arts elective, etc. but don't put your money on that, i'm not sure. weighted GPA is for each AP and honors course you have taken, your grade is on a 5.0 scale. This means that instead of As being a 4.0, A=5.0, B=4.0, C=3.0</p>
<p>what about IB diploma courses? do they get weighed? ToK? SL classes?</p>
