Someone told me USC doesn't REQUIRE midyear.. When I log into USC Connect, they have a link where I can submit the grades so I did that..but that's unofficial. I never sent an official copy (neither did my counselor) because they never explicitly told me they wanted one.

I haven't received any calls/emails/mail saying they wanted one from me so I never sent one.

I didn't have to send one right?

I'm just getting paranoid because so many people are talking about it on here..

Some people send an official copy, others don’t. It doesn’t matter as long as you can verify it with a final transcript if they accept you. One of the posters here even emailed USC to confirm that it’s okay.

I attend a 4x4 school and only posted for the 4 classes that I took Fall semester. Now, I am worried that USC thinks I am only taking 4 classes and not 7. Anyone else in a 4x4? What did you send? My school sent an official transcript, but I am not sure if it has my planned Spring semester classes on it.

We have a max of 6 classes and I’m taking 5. I don’t think that will hurt me. I hope not, because it was so worth it to get home at 2 instead of 3.

gashergina…you would have been asked for an official if they wanted it. I was asked to submit one and had to fax it with their cover sheets. I also did the unofficial online because I figured it wouldn’t hurt.

I don’t know if this is any help, but I didn’t send in my grades at all. I still got in.
