Okay this was a serious Mistake...What do I do?

Okay so I was applying to Yale and just after i submitted it, I remembered that I totally forgot to fill in for one of the most important short essays!!!!! In the 'Additional Personal Information' of the Supplement I had forgotten to paste in my official response for why Yale has influenced my decision to apply. I had planned on pasting the information from a word document once I was thorough, and decided to write in 'Not Completed' which would allow me to preview my application as I filled out more information. Okay so yea... I'm really really stupid. How could have I missed it as I was previewing it so many times!!???

What should I do? I dont want this to break my application and have me rejected!!!! I have a pdf and word document versions that has the missing information but I don't know what I should do. They don't even have an admissions email that I can send it to.

I would email the short essay to your regional admissions officer:

Staff Directory | Contact Us | Office of Undergraduate Admissions

they should have an email for sure
try on their site or maybe call them up?

thanks guys. Well I had emailed them that same night, literally minutes after I sent in the common application, and they have agreed to attach the information to the application.

BTW this goes to say that even if you make mistakes, be proactive and let the school know as soon as you can.
