Oklahoma Biomed

Hi all,
First time poster
35 ACT

I'm having a lot of difficulty deciding between three schools in-state. I want to become a biomedical engineer, specifically, I want to do research and development of Prostheses, drug delivery systems, nanotechnology medicine, artificial organs, etc.

I have a full ride anywhere public in state because of my ACT

My long-time girlfriend and I will be engaged soon, but not married before school starts.

My choices currently are UCO (Central), OSU, and OU

UCO has the only dedicated biomed undergrad program, but since I plan on eventually getting my phd, I don't how important that is? Would it help me get a more relevant job after graduation? UCO also doesn't require special permission to live off campus, which is a plus since my fianc

One more factor, I get $1500 less a year at UCO
OU also only requires I maintain a 2.8 to keep my free tuition, OSU requires a 3.0
UCO cuts me off at 3.25
The more I think about it the more I lean towards OU, especially since my GPA is a likely concern (my high school gpa is a 2.1 because I have a terrible work ethic)
They also have more OSRHE award recipients so I might “fit in” better there
I think I just need that final push
