Old Critical Reading Passages

<p>Hi..</p>

<p>I was checking out the old format critical Reading practice tests.. Are the critical Reading passages (passages only not analogies) effective when studying for the newest format?</p>

<p>I looked at the question type and they look similar.. Main idea, line 45-50 style Q's, vocab in context, dual passages... etc</p>

<p>Has anyone used them.. Only asking because I have a old sat book lying around and I'm out of official Colegeboard tests</p>

<p>Yep. Good for practice. There are no Roman Numeral style questions any more, though.</p>

<p>i found those passages easier than those of new test format. but good for practice. you can try official SAT course. it’s really hard and after it, QAS tests get little easy.</p>
