<p>Instead of buying one, I went to the library and got an SAT II Bio prep book from 2004-2005. Would there be any differences between this and the 05-06 version?</p>
<p>I seriously doubt it. There's only a year difference and it's not like switching from the old SAT to the new SAT.</p>
