<p>I don't understand why exams have to be 'traded.' Someone mentioned this in another thread, but why can't people just be nice and post the exams? It seems so selfish to demand something in return. </p>

Uh no, it’s selfish when people ask for them for free when they have no idea how hard they are to find. You might not understand why old exams have to be traded because you don’t have any?</p>
