<p>I came across this recently and thought it might be fun to post. I remember when this came out. The student who was quoted in the article became a quick metaphor for the University.</p>
<p>Wow! UofChicago ranked 300th in fun. I sense that there is a certain pride among the student body to be honored with such distinction. It truly cement the prestige that UofChicago enjoyed among the academic elites of the world that it is a serious institution. An institution that comprises of numerous Nobel Laureates, Rhodes Scholars and quiz bowl champions. A little fun is nice once in a while but I hope UofChicago will fight hard to maintain this rank.</p>
