Old SAT scores suddenly became "Not yet available"

<p>A friend of mine was shocked to find out that all his previous SAT, SATII scores became "Not yet available." He used to see the scores, and they suddenly disappeared.</p>

<p>Is there anyone who knows what happened here?</p>

<p>He called and CB said they’d look into the matter. The scores are from the 9th grade on.
It’s so odd, that’s why I’m posting this question.</p>

<p>Does he have the wrong graduation year, i.e., he put himself an year ahead and so collegeboard can assume they are from 8th grade?</p>

<p>My kid’s DukeTIP scores disappeared when high school started. There is a reference to having taken the test but the scores don’t show up.</p>
