Taking SATs again Saturday, hoping to raise scores significantly.</p>

<p>White, junior at the moment. </p>

<p>ECs
Varsity Football, Varsity Track and Field, Spanish Club (representative), Spanish Honor Society, Literary Magazine (editor), Writing Club, Book club, Large amount of Community Service,100 hours by graduation, Honor Council, Take every AP English, Spanish and History courses open to me, on advanced/honors track for math and sciences.</p>

<p>School is extremely competitive. Ranked third in state by State U's assessment.</p>

<p>Also just found out I'm getting one of my poems published in a few different anthologies, pretty excited about that.</p>

<p>you have a very good chance, raise the scores a little bit and make sure you have good essays and you'll be in.</p>

<p>Your SAT's are fine, but the gpa might not be. Where in your class are you? Top 10%? Top 25%? If you're below the top 20%, I'd want to spend more time getting the gpa up, if you can.</p>

<p>i think you've got a great shot. are you from georgia? If so, that's a plus. I think the school is trying to get beyond students from the northeast and mid-atlantic states. Good luck! (And congrats on your published work!)</p>
