Ole miss or MSU

Which school is better overall, academically, and prestige wise as well as campus beauty. I dont care about parties because I don't party or drink.

What do you want to study? Ole Miss has a better academic reputation overall, and a beautiful campus, but MSU is known for certain fields like engineering and agriculture.

Go to Ole Miss! You don’t want to go to a school that’s gonna lose to Northwestern in the Gator Bowl :slight_smile: <a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube;

Uhh, MSU is ranked 72. Mississippi is ranked 141. Is there some cost reason why you’re even considering Mississippi? These are not really peer schools academically.

Which MSU? Mich State or Miss State?

I’m thinking that the choices are between Ole Miss and Miss St. If so, much will depend on major.

My undergrad major will be kinesiology and then I will look to pursue physical therapy in grad school

unless you want to study engineering it is not even close that ole miss is more well known…

but both schools fall behind the sec champs!!! ROLL TIDE

As I have a friend who’s at State right now studying kinesiology, MSU isn’t a bad choice. Don’t know how much a “prestigious kinesiology program” matters, but oh well.

For future reference, MSU = michigan state.

Claiming MSU is Mississippi State is like claiming USC is Univ of South Carolina, or the U is the University of Minnesota.

OLE MISS! Its wayyyy prettier, and they have had Archie and Eli Manning go there. Miss State seems boring to me. Ole Miss is a major party school tho.
