So I was accepted to Ole Miss and along with the acceptance email I got an email that said that I had to reset my WebID password so I pressed the link they gave me but it says I need my current password which they did not give me in the email any ideas on what to do??
My kid is having the same issue. I think there is a form you can fill out for tech help, but we haven’t tried it yet.
I ended up doing it on the computer instead of my phone and it worked!
