17 days till Dec 10. I can't believe it

Omg 17 days till thou art rejected

Yeh, I'm not counting because then I'll feel even worse once I get rejected.

good call man, it's hard to reduce hopes when it's so tempting to fantasize about an acceptance....what should i do?....if i cant stop the building anxiety, i'll feel horrible when i get a letter of deferral

We all will, just know it beats thinking the rest of your life, I should have at least applied to Pton...

And with Thanksgiving holidays coming up and making people absolutely unreachable, and 16 days left, and still not sure if I've been contacted for an interview yet...

I can't wait! I'm not getting my hopes up yet because getting into Pton is next to impossible, but I really want to see how I stack up against everyone else. Oh well. If I don't get in, I'll be a Fighting Irish next year!

i thought the ivies had to release together... *feels jipped penn is on 14th

when will they actually start reviewing apps?

they've already started...

I took Nov. SAT scores, and I included Pton as a free recipent. Do I still have to send scores and rush them?

nope...thats what I did and they already received everything.

Wait a second, so Princeton sends out decission letters on December 10th, and we will get the letters on December 12th?

actually, no one knows but I think it people started receiving letters on Dec 10 last year

i think it's 14 this year, because the ivies share an agreement to release on the same day... last year penn was 10 as well i believe

According to my friend who applied EA, yale is Dec. 16th this year.

that late?????? if they all release it in the same time....we're doomed!

it better be at least three or four days before Dec 15, coz that's when my Stanford app is due, and I am not writing the essays till I hear back from Pton.....it feels like giving up before hearing back.

sucks, i honestly think it's the 14th

annandale...I would really reccomend working on that Stanford app now. There's no guarantee of when you'll get the Princeton letter, but if you wait that long, you're going to have to write the Stanford essays in a bad mood with little time left (though you may not have to write them at all :) ). I don't think that's a good position to be in, though of course, I bet you can pull it off.
