Your scores are slightly below average for Cornell, and your ec's are all over the place. I'd say your chances are mediocre at best. Try emphasizing a passion you have intead of listing a bunch of activities.

If that's an unweighted gpa and u've been taking AP classes then that's good. The SATs are on the lower side, but it's always possible, especially with the high gpa cuz if anything it shows u work hard for ur grades even tho ur not as naturally smart as a 800-800-800 person. The college within Cornell does matter tho. GL!

im wondering about my chances as well...the thing that is most troubling about your ECs is that there is no set indicator of where your interests lie. I forget the term...but being involved in a bunch of things for the sake of involvement is a HUGE turn-off to admissions...what are you passionate about...or are you passionate about anything at all? that's what they want to know.

lots of your activities seem common but you do have some activities that are related to medicine like shadowing the doctor and your medical research. NASA summer camp, is that like something you were chosen for because u were strong in some aspect in science? or is it just come normal camp thing?

your scores are below average for cornell, but you seem to have a set of unique interests and if you bring them together well to create a good package for yourself in your essays and resume you have a chance. generally that is important for everyone but especially people with average or below scores. it will definitely be a reach.
