Bumppppp?!?!?

anyone???

try Denison U. its in ohio and the sat/act scores are optional.

As far as Quinnipiac goes, my sister applied there and got wait-listed. She applied to the business program. Her SATs were 1450 (New) and her GPA, unweighted, was 3.4. She didn’t have a whole lot of extracurriculars and did not take challenging classes.

So I’m not quite sure if 2.5 and 1250s will do.

I’m sorry but that must be the crappiest resume i’ve seen. I agree with that one guy, you should go to a community college. Honestly with the gpa you have and the SAT scores thats not going to get you anywhere in life.

Please do not listen to the poster above me.

kevioke, that was completely uncalled for. I get soooo tired of all the negativity around here.

I think you have okay chances, but I would reccommend you get off CC, go buy an SAT review book, and study away. That would boost your chances.

You may also want to consider going to a community college and studying there for a year or two, then transferring to one of the schools you’re looking at.

Jeez…you pretty much get a 1200 for signing your name. Looks like you need to study more to me…

sara, I think you will get into some of these schools. Also check out Neuman College in Pa, William Patterson in NJ and Domincan in Orangeburg NY. Its near St Thomas Aquinas. Your stats match up with these 3 schools and I believe you would have a great shot at all of them.

kevioke u are an ****…ur stats are * as well

With the grades and SAT scores you have, you would probably benefit a lot from community college. Please do not take this in any way but the most supportive, but it is sometimes better to start at a community college simply to develop skills needed for a four year college. There are LOTS of underprepared students who end up dropping out of college because they failed their classes and then they are left with loans and a sense of failure. It really can be a better choice to go to a good community college and then transfer.

I don’t know where you live, but if it is on Long Island, the Long Island community colleges do a fine job and would be a good start for your years of higher education.

Ultimately, you want to graduate from a four year college and that is what will show up on your resume, so why not start elsewhere and get better prepared.

***October SAT’s
Critical Reading- 420 Math- 460 Writing- 440

do they take the highest of each section? or do they only look at math and CR?

btw. the schools i listed are the only ones im applying to, i just wanted to kno what my chances for those schools were like: Pace/reach, STAC/match ect.

bumpppppppp anyone?

Everyone else is right. Community college is the way to go.

i think u can get into pace

Go to a community college. Don’t try going to a 4-year college.

why does everyone think i wont get into one of those colleges??
