as most people have said, quinnipiac is going to be a big stretch. but you should get in at st. thomas and rider, and you have a good shot at manhattan and adelphi as well.

sara i have about the same gpa as you and my sat scores were 450,500 and 480 pretty close to yours. im applying to iona, hofstra,st. Johns and seton hall
I know just about everyone on this site has like a 4.0 gpa and 800 on each sat subject so forget about them i think you have a good shot at most of the schools you chose. i wish you luck

bummmmmmmmmmmmp

umm i think you should just go on collegeboard and see if your stats match up with the colleges your looking at

not many kids on here are even applying to those schools

a little private research might be better than anything you find on here.

Hofstra U (early) BIG reach
Manhattan C (legacy) reach
Adelphi U reach
Pace U Pleasantville campus-slight reach
Rider U reach
Sacred Heart U slight reach

at least you arent applying to harvard. you are in the ballpark with a couple, hofstra you might want to toss though…

Where do you want to attend?

i really dont know anything ab your schools, sorry.. look at their average gpas and average sats though, that will give you a good idea.

how is hofstra better than quinnipiac??

and is Rider better than Pace?

bumpppppppppp??

Rider is def not better that Pace

any other chances???

sara, please dont listen to some of these people. I recommend going to 4 year colleges and busting your ass, no parties until your grades are 3.3 or above. Alot of people on this site told me i could not get into Princeton with my grades, but they were wrong. Go for it, and hit the ground running.

bumpppp anyone else actually kno these schools???

thanks erroln, but is there anyone else with those chancesss???

I think Adelphi and St Thomas Aquinas are matches. Quinnipiac is probably a high reach and the rest are more matchy reaches. Be sure to add a safety or two. Have you considered any SUNYs? Oswego might be a match.

bumpppp anyone else??
