<p>you should mail it in considering the time that it takes for mail to get to Rice Admissions. I would mail it 6/7 days early just to be safe.</p>

<p>it must be postmarked by Jan 2. It doesnt matter if it arrives Jan 10, as long as you had it mailed on or before Jan 2.</p>
