<p>I was expecting an email, but they didn't send me an email. </p>

<p>BUT....
Here is what my application says:</p>

<p>Admit Term: Fall 2006 - Urbana-Champaign
Admit Type: Regular Admission
Decision: Admit - College Reviewed </p>

<p>I AM SO HAPPY! I can't wait to get that big packet in the mail!</p>

<p>IT FEELS SO GOOD TO HAVE GOTTEN IN SOMEWHERRE!
It was my safety too, but its a safety that I truly LOVE! I would be so happy to go there if i dont get into my reaches too!
It feels so amazing to be in somewhere after all this hard applications work :D</p>

The application filing period for freshmen for Fall 2006 admission is September 15, 2005, through January 2, 2006. (Priority filing period: September 15 - November 15.) Applications will be accepted after January 2 if space is available.</p>

<p>Well, my application was completed on October 10th, when everything was sent in including counselor information and transcripts, and SAT scores. And I got admission by October 20th or so- or maybe even before, but the 20th was the date I checked it and realized I had been admitted - it only took 10 days for me! It depends on how qualified you are, i suppose. It will obviously take longer for a borderline student. If you have excellent scores and GPA, they should admit you very quickly!</p>

<p>is this an "early action" school? or "rolling"? Congrads! I'm shocked you heard so quickly. Do you have awhile before responding? in other words, what's the date you have to give an answer by????</p>

<p>Illinois is rolling, a very quick rolling, you will likely hear a decision within days of your application, if you postmark your stuff by November 15.</p>

<p>If your class rank and SAT scores are high enough, the computer will automatically admit you after your application is complete, so it's not uncommon to hear within days.</p>

<p>It said the same thing as yours except it didnt say "college review," just admit.</p>

<p>It took a little under a month from the day I had everything submitted till the day i got my decision.</p>

<p>Hmm, no the priority application time is between sept 15 and november 15 :) After that, it is still rolling, but you won't get priority admittance.</p>

<p>I assume mine was complete on the 11th so it took about 3 weeks!</p>

<p>First college accepted too as this definitaly was not a saftey!</p>
