Does anyone know what the senior year GPA requirement is for admitted students?

Nope, I don't know. My decision was online a while ago, but I haven't gotten an acceptance packet in the mail. Have any of you guys gotten the decision in the mail as well?

yeah I got mine. It has all the housing information and all that good stuff, including the official letter to put on your fridge :)

"Does anyone know what the senior year GPA requirement is for admitted students?"

There is no particular requirement. UIUC reserves the right to withdraw your admission if your performance falls below what they based the admission decision upon. If they follow normal course, all admitted students will get a letter in February informing them of that fact and that students should thus continue to work to achieve good grades. They have exercised the withdrawal right in the past for severe senioritis where a student comes in with some D's.

As to those waiting for a decision from college of business, be aware that historically it has been the college that has delayed the majority of decisions the longest.

I just found out i got accepted.

Hey hey! That's awesome! Congratulations!

I'm not sure I know what 'priority' means...my S submitted his online app on 11/14, but his counselor didn't send in his transript until a week later. The received the transcript and the SAT scores and marked them as received on 11/22 and then show him admitted on 11/23.

As a parent, I am impressed with their quick turn around. I have to say that this makes me like the school a little better...being that on the ball, versus some of these other colleges.

apple17, how did they process your information so fast? I submitted 11/13, sent out my SAT scores Nov 2 and they still haven't recieved my scores yet.

We actually requested the scores in October, knowing that he was going to apply to UIUC. So it did take a while to process and get matched up to the application
