<p>I am an international applicant and I found no express mail address for transfer on Cornell website. So I sent them to 410 Thurston Avenue since I had no choice. One months have gone and none of these items show up.</p>
<p>So I send an email to admissions ask them to take the app materials form their headquarter. Maybe my tone in that email is kind of complaining. One week has gone, nobody replied and they do not answer phone call.</p>
<p>OMG...</p>
