WHat should I do. I want to cry now....
I submitted additional information in the essay section.
WHat should I do..
I thought I submitted both. but when I checked after I submitted my application(I submitted it before midnight though), I could not see my essay and .oh my god. I can't breathe..

WHAT should I do.. I EMAILED FOUR OF THE UNIVERSITIES saying that I swear with my life that I did not intend to do this.. I SWEAR WITH MY LIFE...AND I EMAILED MY ESSAY..
I said I can prove that I did not intend to do this because I kept the same essay that I wrote for early action college. I said they can GO ONTO MY ACCOUNT AND preview the early action college's application in PDF and see my essay.
I want to kill myself now..

IT wasn't just for UPENN. IT was for my 3 other colleges as well..

WHAT SHOULD I DO? I EMAILED THEM BUT I DON"T KNOW WHAT THEY WILL SAY..
Ah..
sigh.

First of all: Just breathe! I’m sure that colleges have students contacting them all the time about accidentally submitting the wrong essay or incorrectly reporting SAT scores/GPA etc. You’ve already e-mailed your colleges and told them what happened, and they’ll likely be understanding. Do note, however, that their responses may be delayed considering the huge amount of work they have from this moment on. Let us know what they say in response!

That’ll be fine. The essay and additional information are just stapled on the back of the common app anyways; it’s good you already shot them an email, just make sure you indicated the topic etc, and I think you’ll be just fine. Now, obviously, you should have submitted it beforehand, and if you have any more Common App schools to go, I’d highly, highly reccomend that you replicate the Common App and redo the writing section. It’ll only take a few minutes, but it’ll take your app from being an outlier to being a noremal submission, which is a good thing, because no matter what, if they have to deal with your app prematurely, it generally doesn’t bode well for you because they have to do more work, which doesn’t make anybody happy. But this really oughtn’t be terribly detrimental to your application at all.
