OMG it says i never gave the ACT!! they lost my record??

I took the ACT as a standby in october.so i checked my score and it said there is not info for you on that test date? Whats happeing ? Wheres my score?

What did you put in for identifying information? ACT ID number? social security number? Try it with each of these and see if that works, otherwise call ACT

You should call them at (319) 337-1270 and tell them you tested standby and aren't sure if you need to use your SSN or an ACT ID to get your scores online. They can check to see if you have an ACT ID and give it to you. You should also have them verify that they have your correct date of birth in their system.

It is also possible that they just haven't processed your registration form yet (you did complete a registration form and give it to the test center, right?). They say it can take up to seven weeks to get your scores, and standbys probably don't get very high priority.
