<p>I'd say reach, bc that's what it is for anyone OOS, and your English score is quite low, which could be a concern for them. but it looks like you've succeeded despite extenuating circumstances, and hopefully they recognize that. good luck though, I'm pullin for you!</p>

<p>i know, but with a school of UVA's caliber, many, many people will have much higher than that. good luck though, college admissions are a crapshoot, and just remember that there are tons of good schools out there who would be happy to have you.</p>

<p>I worked so hard only to fail at getting into college. Im gonna have to go to Stonybrook U now which is a shame because students with 80's from our school can get into that.</p>
