i got accepted with ~3.75 ucgpa and 2160 sat 770 math and 720 ush. so i dont believe the high gpa argument holds true (ERC)

shooot.
im starting to think that i lucked out with UCSD.

Got rejected at UCSD, but got into USC…oh well. Guess being out of state really did hurt me.

Accepted
SAT: 2130 (Math: 740 CR: 730 Writing: 660)
GPA: ummm UC GPA still baffles me a lil, but over the past three years I’ve gotten one B+ and the rest A-.

“asian driver…wow me tooo..i guess they want high gpa…and crappy scores dont matter”

I got in with a 3.93 UC… OOS! It weirds me out to see in-staters with stats as high as mine getting rejected.

3.25 gpa
1930 SAT 1
540 Math IIC
760 Chinese

rejected T_T

i still think theres a chance you can get into ucla.
i got into ucsd, but rejected from ucsb. weird huh?
so theres definitly the chance!

I’ve heard people got into UCD and rejected from UCSB. I think people who are most benefited from the point system get into UCSD and UCD. UCI and UCSB do not use point system.

what is the point system?

rejected.

Not surprised.
Honestly, I feel indifferent about it except that my ego is hurt. UCSD was never my number one/dream school (as a matter of fact, I don’t have any omg-i-must-get-in school).
applied for pharmaceutical science (random pick).
even if i was accepted, I am 101% sure i wouldn’t go there.

so you ask me why I even bothered to apply in the first place? Because I had to apply somewhere.
