<p>I was doing my app. and this keeps on showing up when I click on address information. I tried everything like hit refresh, restart computer etc.. Did anyone have this problem and how did you solve it.</p>

<p>No need to panic. Your computer is not the issue (I think).</p>
<p>This error is usually fixed by referring to the SQL db server by IP address and
not by name. SInce you are probably accessing a database without even
knowing it exists there is not much you can do at your end. Hit refresh
a couple of times or try again later (too many people possibly hitting the
database at the same time at the backend).</p>
<p>I used two computers and it still doesn’t work =(. Do you think it’s because of my modem/router?</p>
<p>It’s the college’s server problem. Contact them about the issue.</p>
