OMG…
I already gave my recommendation envelopes to my teachers and they’ve probably sent them out
BUT I forgot to give them Recommendation forms from each college!!!
OMG what do I do??
I re-give rec. from from each College?
I don’t believe it…
What happens if a college recieves recommendation without its Recommendation?? like with student’s signature and things…???
PLZ answer my question!!!

Are you talking about the form the school provides as a cover letter for the narrative your teachers write for you? The form where they say how long they've known you and check off boxes indicating your relative strength as a student, in their experience and at your school, that kind of thing?

If so, I have recent experience with this. My S checked the application tracking website for a school he applied to, the day before the app was due. As far as he knew, everything was in -- but the school's website reported "Form B" was missing from one of his teachers! Knowing that the teacher had mailed the rec, he made a frantic call to the college. They HAD received the narrative (presumably what your teachers have sent out already) but NOT the standardized form to go with it. They told my S that the narrative had all the info in it they needed (most teachers will include those details in their recs) and that he did not need to send "Form B" as well. (The website was updated 30 min. later to indicate that they had all needed information to process his app.)

I would suggest calling the schools first thing Monday to verify that they have received the recs your teachers sent and find out which ones require that "Form B" kind of thing. Offer to have your teachers send those ASAP to the schools that really need them; they are likely to still accept them if they truly need them. You may find, like my S, that not all schools require them -- especially if the teachers included all that info in their narrative in the first place. But if they do need them, go to school with a set of the forms you might need, a bunch of envelopes ready to be addressed to hand to those teachers, a pile of stamps, and maybe a plate of cookies for each of the teachers you might have to ask for another favor. :-)

Good luck!

thank you so much!
