<p>I live in MA, so yeah, I think the new englanders should be getting the letters on Monday or Tuesday.

<p>I think transfer applicants like us are staying quiet for the time being because there’s no reason for us to start freaking out over decisions being mailed until May ;)</p>
<p>regarding the weight of the envelope - i heard that all initial letters are the same size (small envelopes for accepted, waitlisted, and rejected) - and then if you’re accepted, you get the big ‘yay georgetown!’ package afterwards… i’m not positive though! good luck everyone!</p>

<p>Wanted to say that my acceptance letter came in a skinny, small envelope. I thought it would be a rejection like all other schools which send rejections in those types of envelopes… but it wasn’t so don’t freak out if the envelope is small! A bigger package came a few days later, and then financial aid information about a week after. Good luck to all of you!</p>

<p>the mail man just came!!! but i’m shaking!! i can’t even look at the mail box and i can’t even open the front door to go get it!!! i will wait for my D to do it alone!!! i’m too emotional!!! she is stronger than me thanks God!!!</p>

<p>i was accepted to my top choice after i was deferred from Georgetown’s EA so i never did any follow up work to send in or tried to prove further interest in the University…</p>
<p>I doubt I’m getting accepted and really don’t mind a rejection now lol</p>
