<p>Congratulations from a Trustee Scholar mom! If your kids are invited to take Science Honors or Thematic Honors classes I highly encourage them do do so. The best professors are picked to teach these smaller lower division classes, and it's a nice way to meet other T/P scholarship students.</p>
<p>Thanks, menlopark. Can you tell us what life at SC is like for the Trustee student? The letter mentioned they'd also have the opportunity to participate in special events and activities--any idea what that entails?</p>

<p>Just wondering, did the status page say that the application is still being reviewed when the kids who got the trustee recieved them?</p>
<p>The night before I found out about my acceptance the status page said that a decision had been made and that it was in the mail!</p>
<p>katnin, status page on OASIS states as of today: Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don't receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th.</p>

<p>Thanks, acarey. It's actually my son ;) but his online status has always been a mystery and never predicted anything so... I'd try to ignore those messages and hang on. Easier said than done, I know.</p>

<p>again on the status thing, it used to say that they had made my decision but now its back to they are reviewing my application (i got accepted in late january) so i dont think its very accurate!</p>
