I just submitted my early decision application to NYU Stern. Now my college life rests in the hands of the admissions officers.

Sorry just had to let that out...lol

Sorry just had to let that out...lol

good luck..
mind posting your stats? Im also interested in NYU Stern, and applying there ED next year (Im a Junior)

What's the advantage of applying ED as opposed to RD?

The number of people applying ED tends to be lower than for RD, thus increasing your chances of acceptance, assuming that your stats are in the ballpark :D.

That said applying ED also means that you are committing to attending, and so you need to be sure NYU is indeed your number one choice. Another thing to consider is that you will not know the details of your financial package when you receive your ED acceptance, contrary to RD, where you will be able to compare offers from multiple schools, if this is something that is important to you.

Financial aid is a must, so I guess I'll be applying RD.
Thanks.

what do you think???

good chance,

I'd say a good chance as well

^ just a sidenote...if you buy as tie for $1 and sell it for $5, you're making $4 worth of profit. Therefore, you're actually making 400% profit NOT 500%
:)

sorry to be nitpicky, I just think math is important for a business school hopeful.

^ just a side-side note.

what is the quality of a tie that one can purchase for $5.00, retail?
