<p>For a new perfect to perfect score, you should try to get only a few omitted or wrong at most. It varies from test to test but to get around 700 on one section, you can get either 6-8 omitted or 4-5 wrong total (so out of all of the math sections, all of the cr sections, etc.). </p>
<p>If you ABSOLUTELY no idea, don't guess- it'll probably hurt your score. If you can eliminate at least one, then the odds are in your favor to guess, but intelligently. Thus, eliminate at least one: guess, otherwise: no.</p>
