Im a senior at Eagle Rock High School and im beginning to fill out applications. I have a fairly high GPA (4.016) and CSU GPA (4.125) but my SAT scores do not reflect well on my GPA. I scored 500s (Average) but feel as if I could do better. I wish to apply early but feel that I have to omit my SAT scores in order to compete with other undergraduates. I am taking my ACT on october 23 and the SAT reasoning on november 9. When filling out applications do I simply leave it black?? Or do I state the test dates??? HELP PLEASE.

If you definitely arent sending your SAT scores to colleges, then leave it blank on your application and wait until you get your ACT score and write that on your application

Your application will be incomplete until the tests are received. Make sure they make it on time or look at test optional schools.

By CSU, I assume you are applying to Cal State universities. They will go by official scores when sent so what is on app won’t help or hurt you one way or the other and they won’t be making a determination until after Nov 30 so there will be plenty of time to get a new score from October in before they even bother to determine whether you should be admitted or rejected. If you want to be extra safe just leave it blank for now if you can do so and still contimue on with app in the system.
