Omitted a word and changed the whole meaning

<p>In my UCs application, I noticed I have omitted the word "to". I have stated that i was in the assistant in-charge of hospital management, where as it should've been assistant TO in-charge...</p>

<p>Can i change it?
If not, did I just put a harsh mark on my application ? </p>
