Omitted Questions VS Incorrect Answers

Here's my issue:

I've heard of the rule that it's "STATISTICALLY" better to guess when you've eliminated AT LEAST ONE QUESTION, but I am the absolute worst person on the planet at guessing. Even when I'm down to TWO CHOICES, 99% of the time I STILL get it wrong. So, would it be more advantageous to guess or omit in this scenario?

I would give you an intelligent response, but other posts of yours that I’ve seen, you’re in 8th grade. God damnit, stop obsessing over the SAT.

Always guess, never omit. The one exception would be if you somehow knew that you had an even number of incorrect answers; then it would be better to omit the question.

Two answers to people who claim to be “bad at guessing”:

1) Have you been to Vegas? Seen it on TV or in movies? Are the casinos going broke? No. Why? They trust probability. You should, too.

2) When you guess and get the question right, you tend to forget you guessed on it. So you notice the ones you guessed wrong on and start to think “I always guess wrong”!
