On a 1 - 10 Scale...

I'm thinking that your URM status and lowish SATs will cancel out and leave you a regular applicant for the Ivies for whom admission is mostly luck-based.

1=no chance 5=25% 10=in
Harvard-2
Princeton-2
Yale-2
Cornell-3
Columbia-2.5
Brown-3
Duke-3.5 or 4
Stanford-3
JHU- 3.5 or 4

SAT's really bring down an otherwise impressive collection of achievements

Edit: didnt catch that you are URM so pretty much like +1.5 to all

Chance back:

Harvard-3
Princeton-4
Yale-4
Cornell-8
Brown-6
Duke-8
Stanford-3
JHU-9

Harvard: 3
Princeton: 3
Yale: 3
Cornell: 5
Columbia: 4
Brown: 4
Duke: 4
Stanford: 3
JHU: 8-9

I rated in percentage probability of acceptance. Your URM status helps, and I think your ECs/achievements are spectacular. However, your scores are low. Depending on the recs, essay, and context of environment, you can plus or minus 1 pt to the above.
