On Campus housing contract for next year

<p>basically after i accepted a housing contract for on campus living, I decided to live with my friends off campus. Now im trying to get rid of my contract and the only way i can do that according to PSU is to sign it over to someone else. <p>Yes, I know. I thought this could be automatically assumed since all first-year students are automatically given a contract. But if anyone is confused, this offer is not for first year students or people who already have an on campus housing contract</p>
