PM me if your looking for a roomate OFF-CAMPUS since chances are I won't be able to get one on campus; also preference of apartments doesn't matter to me.

Many of the “luxury” apartments in West Campus offer roommate matching and have individual leases. Some properties are almost like furnished dorms (with full kitchens) and others are more traditionsl unfurnished apartments. The rents are steep, but usually lower than the on-campus dorms. Prices will be going down soon as the managers panic over un-leased units.

You’re half persian? Wow i’m full persian. Thats really cool… I don’t get to meet many persians. I’m also from Houston. I was the one who received the email from UT housing about how they are no longer offering housing contracts, which does suck for transfers. Good luck though. Oh and I’m a girl, so i’m not applying to be a roommate sorry lol.

The Villas on Guadalupe are furnished. When my d first looked for West Campus apatments several years ago, most of the newer properties weren’t built, but a number of their promo sheets indicated that apartments would be available furnished. Things may have changed though.
