I'm having an on-campus interview this thursday... WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?

pardon my nervousness....

But, has anybody done one of these? What should I talk about? What should I bring? What kind of dialogue will be expect? Any help will be appreciated.

An on-campus interview is totally optional and it is an unofficial one. The real interview is conducted by an alum of Harvard in your home area. It is totally informational.

Relax and be yourself. They're all human. Have you ever talked to one of them before? I suspect you have had inter-personal communications before. Unlike here on the WEB, you get to use vocal chords, body language (i guess to some extent you can use those via microphone and i-cam net so...) and aroma too... just BE YOURSELF. GL

just calm down. these people are humans too. be yourself, of course put on your best show but be yourself, don't go overboard trying to impress them. have some intelligent questions ready and dress comfortably and neatly.

lol.... yeah ur replies are easing the nervousness

so jeans should be ok?

how revealing will these admission officers be into the admission process? am i gonna get some robotic response and answer?.. or am i gonna get some genuine answers?

don't wear jeans please
don't wear a suit either. wear slacks and a comfortable shirt. if you are a guy, wear a collared shirt and pants. girls, wear slacks or a nice skirt and a nice blouse. do make an effort but don't go overboard
