<p>I watched it on the Pentagon Channel. While most commencement speeches are forgettable, I thought this was one of the best I've heard ... among too many.</p>

<p>Secretary Gates is a brilliant man who personally embodies the leadership qualities that he described in his wonderful speech. The audience was enthralled, and our nation is fortunate to have him in the President's cabinet. Yesterday I printed out the speech so I can share it with our friends.</p>
