On practice writing problems

I've done every single writing problem in the blue book and reviewed my mistakes but I still find myself missing an unacceptable amount of problems on practice tests. I know there are some people on these boards who never miss a grammar question on the SAT so my question is what am I doing wrong?

My method: do each writing section individually, circle questions I'm not sure about but still attempt each question, check answers, review circled questions and missed question, and finally try to understand why the correct answer is correct.

Thanks guys help would be appreciated I'm taking the SAT next Saturday and am aiming for national merit (I was sick for the PSAT, my SAT scores will be my PSAT scores ).

Bump... I'm getting better but still missing questions on idioms... any resources for help with that?

Same situation.Done all the problems in the Blue book, all the QOTD questions for 2009,all the questions from the online course ,but still miss 2-8 questoins during practice tests.WHen i am completely concentrated, double check every quesion,i miss about 3-4 on average ,and will be happy if this happens on the real test.I am hoping for an essay of 12,and if i make about 3-4 errors, this means 780
