with the law....
no. I actually got caught drinking in the dorms, so I am on probation until December 18th! I also have to take an alcohol edu class, write a 5 page paper, and do 5 hours of community service.
Do you guys think that when applying for jobs, I need to mention this event? Or that I am on probation with my school? Or worse yet, permanent record?

Thanks.

Is it on your “actual” legal record?

it’s with the “office of judicial affairs” at my school

Will potential employers have access to my judicial record?**
Your judicial record will only be accessible to them if you provide written permission allowing it.

is what it says on the website. it also says it wont appear on my transcript unless i get suspended/expelled…what exactly does that above mean, though?

uh then it means they cant see it unless you show them.

its probably not on your records or anything. Besides this is like a misdemeanor at most. You dont need to tell your applying jobs about this unless the job you are applying for is within the school
