On the Application Form...

Hello!

I've been doing a lot of community service since junior high. But on the UC application forms, people tell me that they don't ask for whether or not you do community service, but they ask you for the activities that you did and how much hours you contributed to that activity.
Thing is, some of the community service that I do aren't school related at all, and I was wondering if I could attach it to my application for UC's and private schools (like Ivy League schools) alongside a brief description on what its about.

Along with that, I am retaking one of my classes over again, even though I passed with a C. Am I allowed to attach that I took that class over again too?
