<p>That means the college on the other end has downloaded your app into their system. In other words, it has been received.</p>

<p>Yeah. The submit date is like the postmark date for mail in applications. As long as it's submitted/postmarked by the deadline, all materials are considered on time even though they won't necessarily get to the school by the deadline.</p>
