On the Peer Evaluation, whose address and birthday etc .. are they asking for?

<p>Okay now before the "if you can't answer that you shldn't apply" comments start, I think judging by its placement below the applicant's name I'm guessing they mean the applicants.</p>

<p>BUT then does that mean they don't ask for the Peer's contact info? Because than heaps of people could just falsify a peer!</p>

<li>I assume it’s the applicants, because the office uses this info to sort us into our proper files. There may be many people with the same name.</li>
<li>Yes, I suppose. From the years of reading peer recs, though, I think admissions officers may be able to tell that a rec wasn’t really written by a friend. But then again, the rec doesn’t mean much anyway.</li>
