On the right track?

I'm a rising junior, and am toying with the idea of applying to Harvard. To be clear, I'm not interested in Harvard because of the name, but because of the fantastic programs they offer and the chance to work with top-notch professors. Can someone take a look and let me know if I'm in the ballpark thus far? I'll give as much info as I can. Thanks.
