Is this section required? I contacted my high school and they can’t locate my high school ID #
Sorry guys I found the answer regarding my own question on the Q&A on the right side of the UC app page
It states:
“What is the CA SSID?
Every K-12 student in California public schools is assigned a statewide ID number. The unique 10-digit number enables the state Department of Education to comply with federal data-reporting requirements as students progress from year to year and school to school. Providing this number is optional.”
