On what basis are merit scholarships awarded?

I’m semi-interested in attending UoM for Chemical Engineering OOS and was wondering whether I would get any sort of merit scholarship.

GPA: 5.0/5.33 weighted
AP Chemistry (5), AP Spanish (5), AP English Language and Composition (5), AP US History (5), AP Physics C (?), AP Calculus BC (?), AP Economics (?), AP Statistics (?)
ACT:
Composite: 36
English:35
Math:35
Reading:36
Science:36

don’t know if they consider ECs so I won’t bother posting them

@ACTSucks here is the relevant link. They do consider EC’s but you are correct that the primary factors are stats and rigor of coursework.
