On your transcript: can you switch the title of a cross-listed course?

<p>I took L&S C70V, "Descriptive Intro", and that's what it says on my transcript, which isn't descriptive enough.</p>

<p>Is there a way I can switch the appearance to Physics C10? Would the administration allow that? I don't see why not.</p>

<p>When I was signing up for classes, C10 was filled but C70V was not. They were the same class, in the same lecture hall, with the same professor, at the same time, etc. Basically it was just a formality (one that I don't understand).</p>

<p>You could take another class instead and take it later if you really want Physics C10 on your transcript</p>

<p>This doesn’t make any sense. Why do they have two separate enrollment courses for… the same course?</p>

<p>Maybe you could ask L&S? It couldn’t hurt. But generally, you can’t switch from one listing to another.</p>
