I have a full year of AP Bio credit at Cornell, am a philosophy major, and also premed.
I DO NOT want to take intro to bio. At. All.
However, I will and am very interested to take two advanced bio classes.
Of course, I'll meet all the other premed requirements.

Is this OK? For example, would it keep me out of the top med schools (AKA Harvard, Penn, Cornell, Duke, Stanford, Columbia etc.)

Yes, taking two (minimum) advanced courses with labs is fine.

Taking two advanced instead of intro keeping you out? I think it would look good. I mean, what else can you really do at this point anyways unless cornell would allow you to drop the ap credit.

Assuming the advanced biology classes have labs. And that you are not interested in any Texas schools.

I thought Baylor is 1 year?
