<p>Hey does anyone know how long it takes to mail your decision once they've read your application? (The lady on the phone said mine was processed..or at least in the pile that was to be processed that day i called)</p>
<p>I think they told me they processed my app during thanksgiving, I recieved my decision during christmas break.</p>

<p>It depends. If you're a topnotch applicant, you might be admitted within a few weeks of having your app read. But most people, it just depends. They've got rolling admissions, and what sort of student gets in might change, even from week to week, at U-M rexamines how apps are flowing in, how deposits are going, etc. Your app might be read and evaluated, but it's possible it will be held (or deferred) while Michigan makes decisions about how to admit this week or month.</p>
